We bought our home here in Tucson in 2018. We wanted and needed additional space so we looked around for options. Jim Ward and Award Installations came to our rescue. Jim was the only contractor we contacted and received estimates from that listened to what our ideas were and what we wanted to be the outcome of our desires. He not only listened, he made recommendations to improve on our ideas, gave us a written estimate (other contractors only gave us verbal estimates) and completed the work in a timely and very satisfactory manner. He kept us advised of all delays and why. After completion Jim kept in touch to see if everything was OK and ensured everything was perfect for us. Award Installations built the largest RV port on #58 in the Bay at the Voyager RV Resort for us in 2007. It was 22' wide X 60' long and 14' high. IN 2008 it was destroyed by a microburst and he totally rebuilt it. They also built a beautiful Arizona room for use the whole year around. In 2009 Award built an outstanding RV port for us at 8-188 in the Voyager RV Resort. It has a one of a kind 2 story out building for lots of storage space. After selling 8-188 in the Voyager we purchased #60 in the Bay, later selling it and buying #91. At both of these we used Award to do various improvements and repairs, always to our satisfaction. They installed custom awnings on one of our homes. I have been very satisfied with all of their work and do not hesitate to recommend them to others.
